1. Agreement

By accessing softkut.site or using Softkut services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services. Softkut may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Services

Softkut provides educational content, courses, and mentoring focused on workplace communication, interview preparation, and career skills. Descriptions on the site are for general information. Specific scope, schedule, and fees for paid services are confirmed when you enrol or book.

We aim to deliver what we describe, but we do not guarantee particular job outcomes, promotions, or interview results. Results depend on many factors outside our control.

3. Accounts and enrolment

When you register for a track or mentoring, you agree to provide accurate contact details and to keep them updated. You are responsible for activity under your enrolment. Do not share login credentials if we provide any.

4. Payments and refunds

Fees for paid services are stated at the time of purchase or in a written agreement. Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• Self-paced course fees are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by applicable law.
• Live cohort or mentoring sessions may have different cancellation windows; these will be confirmed when you book.

If you believe a refund is due, contact [email protected] with your details and reason. We will review case by case.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Copy, redistribute, or resell Softkut materials without written permission.
• Use the site or services to harass others, send spam, or attempt unauthorised access.
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes others’ rights.

We may suspend or terminate access if these rules are broken.

6. Intellectual property

Course materials, site design, text, and branding are owned by Softkut or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use materials for your personal learning while enrolled. You may not claim ownership or create derivative works for commercial use without permission.

7. Third-party links

The site may link to external websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Visiting third-party sites is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Softkut and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or services, including lost opportunities or career outcomes. Our total liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service in the twelve months before the claim, or a reasonable minimum if no payment was made.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (for example, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Bangladesh, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country require otherwise.
